OUR POLICIES

• NSF cheques are subject to a $25.00 charge
  
• Make-up classes are available at the discretion of the teacher based upon the size and availability of comparable classes.
  
• Full refunds will only be given for cancellations made up to two weeks (14 days) prior to the start of the first class.
  
• Partial refunds (up to 50%) will be given for withdrawals made less than 14 days before the first class of any given session.
  
• Children MUST be toilet-trained for all drop-off classes
  
• Infant siblings up to 12 months old may attend classes ONLY if in a bucket/car seat or in a sling/carrier.
  
• Older siblings cannot attend classes unless you call in advance to check with us first.
  
• Children are expected to act respectfully at all times in class.  Any behaviour deemed inappropriate may require the immediate removal of the child by the parent or caregiver.
• We do our best to grant teacher requests but we cannot guarantee teacher choices.
  
• If a session is canceled do to low enrollment registrants will be given 2 weeks notice and refunds issued subsequently.
